Cancel any time

Cancel in your Whop account (Whop processes our payments; your account page links to it), or by emailing hello@getsentinel.ai from your account address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep the plan until then and are not charged again.

What happens to your work

• Your sessions, memory and playbooks stay available to export for 30 days after the plan ends.
• After 30 days the hosted container and its data are deleted; backups are gone within 90 days.
• Self-hosted installations keep working with the data on your own hardware; paid features that need our servers stop.

Deleting your account

Ask us to delete the account at any time and everything is removed on the same schedule. The Refund Policy says when a payment is returned.
